iKala 共同創辦人暨執行長 程世嘉

Sega holds an MSc in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BSc in Information Management from National Taiwan University, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. In 2015, he was honored with the Pan Wen Yuan Innovation Award. Sega founded iKala and led its transformation from a 30-person startup into an international AI company with 200 employees. iKala is a leading provider of AI transformation solutions, dedicated to “enabling AI competencies” for enterprises by offering AI-driven cloud management and MarTech solutions that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement.

Before iKala, Sega worked as a software engineer at Google, where he contributed to projects such as the Android multimedia framework, Google Maps, and Chinese search, integrating machine learning into these products. He was also the first speaker from Taiwan to present at the Google I/O Developer Conference.

程世嘉 (Sega Chang) 為史丹佛大學電腦科學碩士，台大資管系學士，2015 年潘文淵獎得主，專長人工智慧，帶領 iKala 從 30 人團隊成長到 200 人的跨國 AI 公司。iKala 的使命是 AI 賦能，提供 AI 轉型解決方案，以 AI 驅動的雲端轉型及行銷科技服務，協助企業優化營運效率及提升顧客互動，目前服務超過 1,000 家企業、50,000 名品牌廣告用戶，其中包含領導品牌財星 500 大企業。Sega 曾任 Google 軟體工程師，期間參與 Android 多媒體框架、地圖及中文搜尋等專案，將機器學習融入創新科技產品，他是台灣第一位登上 Google I/O 開發者大會的講者。
