劉亮甫 | 台達資本董事長

Mr. Lanford Liu is Chairman & CEO of Delta Electronics Capital Company (DECC), a wholly owned subsidiary and the investment arm of Delta Electronics Inc., a power management industry leader listed on TAIEX.

Lanford joined Delta in 2000 and has guided the group’s M&A and investment activities in the last fifteen years, leading a team of professionals with expertise in engineering, operations, finance and regulatory. Lanford was general manager of Delta’s display business and also initiated Delta’s technology advisory board, leveraging both academic and industry luminaries in advancing Delta’s product portfolio. Prior to joining Delta Lanford worked for Emerson Electric of St. Louis in strategic planning and managing business development activities in the Greater China region. Mr. Liu has served as board director for both public and private companies in the US and Asia. He was trained as a communication engineer and obtained his master’s degree from Columbia University as well as MBA from University of Southern California.

劉亮甫為台達資本董事長兼執行長，台達資本為台達電 (台灣證券交易所上市之能源管理產業龍頭企業) 之全資子公司。劉董事長於2000年加入台達電，在過去十二年領導集團併購與投資，並帶領工程、運營、財務與法令遵循相關團隊。在此之前，劉董事長擔任台達顯示設備事業部門總經理，他發起了台達的科技諮詢委員會，運用產官學的資源加速台達產品的佈局。

加入台達電之前，劉董事長於艾默生電氣集團負責大中華區的策略與商務拓展。他曾於多個美國與亞洲公司擔任董事職位，是哥倫比亞大學電機碩士 (MS EE)，並取得南加大企業管理碩士學位 (MBA)。
