Jill is the General Manager for AI Fund in Taiwan, where she leads AI Fund’s expansion in Asia and collaborates with founders to build successful startups. With over 25 years of solid experience in product user experience, product management and development across mobile internet, internet and software industries. Before AI Fund, Jill built and led cross-region teams at Good Finance, ZA International, Cobinhood, Cheetah Mobile, NQ Mobile, Microsoft, and Trend Micro, working across Taiwan, China, Japan, and Hong Kong. Earlier in her career, Jill gained hands-on software development experience at Sprint in the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from National Taiwan University and a master’s degree in Information Sciences from University of Pittsburgh.

施子薇 (Jill Shih) 是 AI Fund 的台灣總經理，負責 AI Fund 在亞洲的拓展，並與創業者合作打造成功的新創公司。她在行動網路、互聯網及軟體行業的產品用戶體驗、產品管理和開發方面擁有超過 25 年的豐富經驗，在加入 AI Fund 之前，Jill 曾在 Good Finance、ZA International、Cobinhood、Cheetah Mobile、NQ Mobile、Microsoft 和趨勢科技等企業中領導跨區域團隊，範圍遍及台灣、中國、日本和香港。職涯早期，Jill 曾在美國 Sprint 擔任軟體開發工作。她擁有國立臺灣大學心理學學士學位及匹茲堡大學資訊科學碩士學位。
