Jay Shen is the Managing Director of Garmin Asia’s Automotive OEM Group, where he leads engineering R&D, product planning, program management, sales and marketing, quality assurance, and service operations. With over 25 years of experience across automotive, telecommunications, and ICT industries, Jay has held roles at HTC, FarEasTone Telecom, BenQ, and Ford, focusing on strategic planning and business development across Europe and Asia Pacific. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Business Administration from National Taiwan University.

沈致瑋 (Jay Shen) 現任 Garmin 亞洲汽車事業群總經理，負責領導工程研發、產品規劃、專案管理、行銷業務、品質保證和服務運營。他擁有逾 25 年橫跨汽車、電信和 ICT 產業的豐富經歷，曾在 HTC、遠傳電信、BenQ 和福特等企業擔任要職，專注於歐洲及亞太市場的策略規劃與業務拓展。他畢業於國立臺灣大學，取得企業管理學士與碩士學位。
