Elisa Chiu is the founder of Anchor Taiwan, a platform focusing on innovation ecosystem building for cross-border collaboration, strategic marketing, tech scouting and investing with previous clients/partners/speakers from Google, AWS, Foxconn, MediaTek, NVIDIA, DIGITIMES and many more from 15+ countries. She is a highly sought-after speaker for tech conferences at Stanford University, The Economist, APEC O2O Summit, and many more. Elisa sits on the Advisory Committee of MIH, an open EV platform initiated by Foxconn, the Strategic Advisory Council of Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, and Taiwan-Hong Kong Economic and Cultural Co-operation Council (THEC).

邱懷萱的背景橫跨資本市場和創新生態圈，曾於JP Morgan及歐洲最大信貸避險基金負責亞太區投資交易，管理資產逾美金十億元。2017年她創立Anchor Taiwan，透過創新創業與科技、文化和資本的跨界力，吸引來自Microsoft、Intel、Uber等十五國的政商領袖來台。旗下企業創投 (CVC) 的生態圈連結了超過100間企業，並透過Ｗomen in Venture致力於建立女性投資人社群。

邱懷萱運用商業拓展的背景為企業與新創打造跨國鏈結、策略行銷與共同投資合作機會。她是加拿大亞太基金會、台港經濟文化合作策進會、鴻海MIH電動車聯盟諮詢委員會委員，曾獲選為40 Under 40科技女力、La Vie十大創意平台、Gen.T X Credit Suisse Social Impact Awardee。
