邱懷萱, Anchor Asia (Anchor Taiwan) 執行長
Elisa Chiu is the CEO of Anchor Asia, a platform driving cross-border innovation and investment since 2017. A former hedge fund trader managing over US$1 billion, Elisa brings unique vantage points and networks in future mobility, sustainability, and cross-industry opportunities.
She has curated and convened hundreds of events, including the Anchor Roundtable series (featuring 100+ CVC executives and 100+ Women in Venture), Bike Venture, and Weave Venture. A sought-after speaker, Elisa has appeared at prestigious conferences like The Economist, Arm Symposia, and the Cartier Ecosystem Forum.
Elisa serves on the committee for MIH (Foxconn’s EV platform), the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, the Taiwan-Hong Kong Economic and Cultural Co-operation Council, and GSA’s APAC Women’s Leadership Council. She is a passionate builder and an avid cyclist.
邱懷萱 (Elisa Chiu) 的背景橫跨資本市場和新創生態圈，過去曾任職香港摩根大通 (JP Morgan)， 在英國避險基金負責亞太區投資交易，管理資產逾美金十億元。2017年她自矽谷返台創立 Anchor Taiwan，透過科技、資本和文化的跨界力，連結世界和台灣，吸引超過十五個國家的企業主管、新創及投資人來台。旗下企業創投 (CVC) 生態圈連結了超過100間台灣企業，並透過 Women in Venture 建立女性投資人社群。
除了高科技與半導體產業，邱懷萱於2024年台北自行車展發起並策劃 Bike Venture，以台灣為起點，打造全球共創生態圈，並致力於台灣其他傳統產業 (e.g. 紡織) 的創新轉型。她於2018年獲選為 40 Under 40 科技女力、2019年 La Vie 十大創意平台、2020年 Tatler Gen.T X Credit Suisse 社會影響力獎得主，並受邀於經濟學人影響力論壇、史丹佛大學、APEC 亞太經濟合作會議、Arm Symposia、Cartier Ecosystem Forum 等地演說。
邱懷萱是多倫多大學金融經濟碩士，除了擔任 Anchor Asia 執行長，她亦是臺北市產業發展局、鴻海 MIH 電動車聯盟、加拿大亞太基金會、台港經濟文化合作策進會、GSA APAC Women’s Leadership Council 委員。
